F&B Manager

The F&B Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the restaurant, bar and galley plus all the related areas. His/hers responsibilities include a food coast budgeting, training, mantaining a high standard of food quality and service, safe handling of food supplies, etc.

In addtion he/she is responsible for the reviewing of all guests complaints with the Executive Chef and Maitre D', maintaining and ensuring the US Public Health standards, reporting to the technical department of all the malfunctions and necessary repairs, holding the daily meetings with his Heads of Departments and providing the main office with all the requested reports and inventories.

Excellent leadership is mandatory. Fluent English language skill is required.

Assistant F&B Manager

The Asst. F&B Manager is responsible for the day to day supervision of the restaurant, bar and galley plus all the related activities as directed by the F&B Manager. His/hers responsibilities include training and maintaining a high standard of food quality and service. The applicant must possess excellent leadership skills and fluent English language skill.
